AI / ALGORITHMIC DISCLOSURE Effective Date: 25 January 2026 Last Updated: 25 January 2026 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE This AI / Algorithmic Disclosure (“Disclosure”) describes the nature, role, limitations, and legal status of any artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, algorithms, automated templates, statistical engines, or similar technologies (“AI Systems”) made available on the Platform. By accessing, viewing, interacting with, or relying upon any AI-generated content, template, suggestion, data output, or automated feature, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Disclosure in addition to the Terms of Service and Official Contest Rules. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Disclosure. 2. NATURE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT The Platform may use AI Systems to: • Generate example prediction templates (“bot brackets”) • Provide optional prediction suggestions • Analyze historical match data • Offer statistical summaries • Display probability-style indicators • Assist with user interface features AI-generated content: • Is algorithmically produced • Is based on historical, public, or third-party data • May incorporate automated statistical modeling • Is experimental in nature • Is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes AI outputs are not predictions of actual future outcomes and are not guaranteed to reflect real-world performance. 3. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ALL AI SYSTEMS AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The Company expressly disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to: • Accuracy • Completeness • Reliability • Timeliness • Fitness for a particular purpose • Non-infringement • Predictive capability • Algorithmic superiority • Statistical validity • Error-free operation The Company does not guarantee: • That AI suggestions will outperform manual predictions • That AI-generated brackets are optimized • That AI models are unbiased • That AI systems are continuously available • That AI outputs will remain consistent over time AI-generated content may be incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or entirely inaccurate. 4. NO RELIANCE Users must not rely solely or materially on AI-generated content when submitting Entries. Any reliance on AI-generated content is undertaken at the User’s sole risk. AI Systems are not: • Professional advice • Financial advice • Betting advice • Gambling recommendations • Sports analytics services • Investment tools • Forecast guarantees The Company assumes no duty to update, correct, improve, retrain, recalibrate, or maintain any AI System. AI Systems may be modified, suspended, replaced, degraded, or permanently removed at any time without notice. 5. LIMITATIONS OF AI SYSTEMS AI Systems: • Rely on historical data that may be incomplete or inaccurate • Cannot account for real-time developments (injuries, suspensions, weather, referee decisions, morale, strategy changes, geopolitical factors, etc.) • May reflect embedded statistical bias • Do not have access to confidential or insider information • May contain modeling flaws • May produce contradictory or irrational outputs No AI System is infallible. The existence of AI tools does not alter the skill-based nature of the Contest. 6. NO COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE Access to AI-generated templates, models, or suggestions: • Does not modify scoring • Does not alter Contest mechanics • Does not improve odds • Does not increase the likelihood of achieving a perfect prediction • Does not confer priority or ranking advantages All Entries — whether AI-assisted or not — are evaluated using identical deterministic scoring criteria. The Contest remains a skill-based challenge determined solely by prediction accuracy. 7. EQUAL AND FREE ACCESS TO AI FEATURES All AI Systems, algorithmic templates, automated brackets, and statistical tools made available on the Platform are provided free of charge. Access to AI features: • Does not require payment • Is not restricted to paid Users • Is equally available to all Participants • Is not enhanced, expanded, or modified based on purchase history • Does not vary by account tier Optional paid Entry Credits do not unlock, improve, or alter any AI functionality. The Company does not offer premium AI prediction services, advanced modeling tiers, proprietary odds engines, or enhanced algorithmic features in exchange for payment. All Participants access the same AI tools under the same conditions. 8. USER RESPONSIBILITY Each Participant is solely responsible for: • Their submitted predictions • Any use of AI-generated content • Independent verification of information • All decisions made in connection with their Entries The Company shall not be liable for: • Losses arising from reliance on AI content • Missed opportunities • Prediction errors • Statistical misinterpretation • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs All risk associated with AI usage rests exclusively with the User. 9. THIRD-PARTY MODELS AND DATA AI Systems may incorporate third-party APIs, machine learning models, statistical engines, or data feeds. The Company: • Does not control third-party AI providers • Does not guarantee third-party outputs • Is not responsible for third-party system failures • Is not affiliated with or endorsed by such providers unless expressly stated Third-party AI providers assume no responsibility toward Users of the Platform. 10. NO DUTY TO CONTINUE AI SERVICES The Company reserves the absolute right to: • Limit access to AI tools • Remove AI features • Restrict AI functionality • Modify AI models • Disable AI entirely Such changes do not constitute a breach of any agreement. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to: • AI-generated content • Algorithmic suggestions • Statistical modeling outputs • System inaccuracies • Reliance on automated tools This limitation applies regardless of legal theory. 12. GOVERNING LAW This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, as set out in the Terms of Service. 13.
