REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY Effective Date: 25 January 2026 Last Updated: 25 January 2026 1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY This Refund & Chargeback Policy governs all purchases of Entry Credits and related digital goods on the Platform. By completing any purchase, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in full. 2. DIGITAL GOODS: ENTRY CREDITS The Platform sells digital consumable goods (“Entry Credits”) which can be: • Purchased with fiat currency or cryptocurrency • Earned for free through promotions, referrals, or other mechanisms Entry Credits allow Participants to: • Create Draft Brackets • Convert Draft Brackets into Submitted Brackets by consuming one (1) Entry Credit per submission Entry Credits: • Have no real-world monetary value • Are not redeemable for currency • Are not transferable between Participants • Are non-refundable once delivered (except where mandatory law requires otherwise) 3. DELIVERY OF ENTRY CREDITS Entry Credits are delivered instantly upon confirmed payment. Delivery occurs when Entry Credits appear in the Participant’s account balance and are available for use. Because Entry Credits are digital goods delivered and usable immediately: All sales are final. 4. NO REFUNDS To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entry Credits are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, regardless of whether they are used, unused, or partially consumed. Refunds will not be granted for any reason, including but not limited to: • Buyer’s remorse • Unused Entry Credits • Duplicate or accidental purchases • Change of strategy or prediction preference • Tournament outcomes or results • Account inactivity or closure • Device, connection, or submission issues • Misclicks or unintended purchases • Cryptocurrency volatility or network fees • Incorrect wallet addresses or payment details • Failed submissions due to user error For jurisdictions covered by EU Directive 2019/770, UK Consumer Rights Act, or similar consumer digital goods laws, the Participant expressly agrees to immediate digital performance and acknowledges that they lose any right of withdrawal upon delivery of Entry Credits. 5. SUBMITTED BRACKETS ARE FINAL Once a Draft Bracket becomes a Submitted Bracket: • It is locked and final • It cannot be edited, deleted, reversed, or undone • One (1) Entry Credit is consumed and is not refundable The Company will not: • Modify or restore predictions • Undo submissions • Refund or restore consumed Entry Credits 6. UNUSED ENTRY CREDITS Unused Entry Credits: • Do not expire during the active Contest period • Do not convert to cash or other value • Do not entitle Participants to refunds, compensation, or credit • Do not automatically roll over to future tournaments unless explicitly stated 7. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS For cryptocurrency transactions: • Payments are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain • Network fees are non-refundable • Wallet address errors are final and non-reversible • Price volatility does not entitle refunds or adjustments • Failed transactions due to misconfiguration or user error are not refundable Sanctions, anti-money-laundering (AML), and banking restrictions may limit or prohibit refunds or payouts. 8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTED PAYMENTS Submitting a chargeback, reversal, or dispute for delivered Entry Credits is considered fraudulent and abusive behavior. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, the Company may, in its sole discretion: • Suspend or terminate the account • Void all Submitted Brackets associated with the account • Cancel or revoke any remaining Entry Credits • Prohibit future participation • Recover any damages, fees, costs, or losses incurred (including chargeback fees) The Participant authorizes the Company to share transaction data, account information, and related evidence with payment processors, financial institutions, dispute-resolution providers, and law enforcement for the purpose of contesting fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. 8.1 DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR PAYMENTS All disputes involving payments, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or related matters are subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions contained in the Terms of Service. and must be resolved through individual binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law. 9. PROMOTIONAL & FREE ENTRY CREDITS Promotional, referral-based, or free Entry Credits: • Have no monetary value • Cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash • Do not entitle Participants to refunds, compensation, or credit 10. FAILURE TO RECEIVE ENTRY CREDITS If Entry Credits are not delivered due to a verifiable technical issue on the Company’s side, the Participant must contact support within 72 hours of the attempted purchase with: • Proof of payment (transaction receipt or hash) • Account email address • Description of the issue If the issue is validated by the Company, the sole remedy is delivery of the missing Entry Credits. No cash refund or alternative compensation will be provided. 11. STATUTORY RIGHTS Nothing in this Policy affects statutory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law. However, because Entry Credits are digital goods delivered instantly and made usable immediately, most consumer withdrawal rights (e.g., 14-day cooling-off periods under EU/UK law) do not apply once delivery has occurred. 12.
