OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES Effective Date: January 25, 2026 Last Updated: January 25, 2026 Governing Agreement These Official Contest Rules (“Rules”) govern participation in the Perfect Group Stage Prediction Contest (“Contest”) operated by [Company Name] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and all incorporated documents, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Chargeback Policy, and AI / Algorithmic Disclosure. If any provision of these Rules conflicts with any other incorporated document, these Rules control solely for matters concerning the Contest. Contest Description The Contest is a global, skill-based promotional challenge in which Participants attempt to predict the outcomes of all seventy-two (72) group stage matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026 (“Tournament”). A “Perfect Group Stage Prediction” is achieved when a Participant correctly predicts the outcome (win, draw, or loss) of every one of the 72 group stage matches. No score predictions are required — only match outcomes. No partial credit, partial prizes, or consolation awards will be given for incomplete or near-perfect accuracy. This Contest does not involve betting, wagering, gambling, lotteries, or games of chance. It does not use random draws or sweepstakes mechanics. Winners are determined solely by Participant skill in predicting match outcomes. There is no house advantage or odds-making component. Eligibility To participate, a Participant must be at least 13 years of age at the time of account creation and reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based contests are permitted. Participants under the age of majority in their jurisdiction (18 in most cases) may participate only with express parental or guardian consent and under the conditions set out in the Minors Participation Rules. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, jurisdictions prohibiting skill contests, or jurisdictions restricting prize distribution to minors. Participants are solely responsible for determining the legality of participation in their jurisdiction. The Company may verify age, residency, and eligibility at any time. Contest Period Bracket Submission Opens: [Insert Date & Time] Bracket Submission Closes: At the official kickoff of the first group-stage match Winner Determination: After all 72 group-stage matches are completed and official results are verified Entries are considered received when successfully recorded by the Platform’s servers. The Company is not responsible for network delays, technical failures, late submissions, or any other issues that prevent timely receipt of Entries. After submission closes, no changes, edits, or additional submissions are permitted. Late, incomplete, or modified Entries are void. Entry Model (Free + Paid + AMOE) Participation is completely free. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win, and no purchase will increase your chances of achieving a perfect group stage prediction or winning any prize. A free entry method is available without any purchase or payment. Entries are provided as follows: • 1 free Entry per day • Unlimited free Entries via referrals, sharing, promotions, or other mechanisms posted on the Platform • Optional paid Entries at CAD $0.10 each (or equivalent bundles), which grant additional attempts only Paid Entries do not provide any advantage in prediction accuracy, outcome determination, competitive edge, or probability of success beyond allowing more submissions. All Entries — free or paid — are subject to the same skill-based evaluation and are treated equally. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Participants may obtain free Entry Credits without purchase by submitting a written request through the Platform’s designated Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) form available on the Website during the Contest Period. To qualify: • The request must be submitted using a valid registered account • The request must include the Participant’s full legal name and registered email address • The request must affirm eligibility under the Official Contest Rules • The request must be submitted before the Bracket Submission Deadline Upon successful validation, the Company will credit the Participant’s account with one (1) free Entry Credit per valid AMOE submission. AMOE requests are limited to one (1) request per day per registered User, unless otherwise stated. AMOE Entries are treated identically to all other Entries and are subject to the same scoring, verification, eligibility, anti-fraud, and disqualification rules. The Company reserves the right to reject or invalidate AMOE submissions that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicative, abusive, or submitted in violation of these Rules. Bracket Format Each Entry requires prediction of the outcome (win, draw, or loss) of all 72 group-stage matches. Tiebreakers (if needed) may include publicly announced criteria (e.g., total goals, goal difference), provided they are published before the submission deadline. Data Source Official match results are sourced from official FIFA tournament data and recognized international sports data providers. Once declared final by FIFA or the official governing body, results are binding for scoring purposes. The Company is not responsible for disputed officiating decisions, VAR or referee errors, match postponements or cancellations, player eligibility disputes, or data feed interruptions or inaccuracies. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data displayed on the Platform. The Platform and Contest are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with FIFA or any tournament organizer. Scoring Scoring is deterministic and skill-based: correct outcome = points awarded per match; incorrect outcome = no points. Detailed scoring rules will be published on the Platform prior to the submission deadline. Win Condition A “Perfect Group Stage Prediction” is achieved when a Participant correctly predicts the outcome of every one of the 72 group-stage matches. The Company may require validation (including verification procedures under Verification & Payment) to confirm legitimacy before awarding the Grand Prize. Prize Pool & Distribution The total prize pool available is up to CAD $1,370,000 (equivalent to approximately USD $1,000,000 based on the Bank of Canada daily noon exchange rate as of 27 January 2026). All prizes will be awarded in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Approximate values in other currencies may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment. No adjustments will be made for currency fluctuations. The Grand Prize is up to CAD $1,370,000 for a perfect group stage prediction, if achieved. Prizes are awarded only if a Participant achieves a perfect group stage prediction as determined solely by the Sponsor. There is no minimum number of prizes that will be awarded. It is possible — and statistically likely — that no prizes will be awarded due to the extreme difficulty of achieving a perfect group stage prediction. The Sponsor assumes no obligation to award any prize unless the exact criteria are fully met. There are no guaranteed winners, no consolation prizes, no secondary prizes, no random draws, and no partial-accuracy awards. The Sponsor reserves the right to award zero prizes if no Participant achieves the required criteria. No implied obligation exists to award any prize under any circumstance except achievement of a perfect group stage prediction as defined. Prize distribution is subject to completion of all required verification procedures, compliance with sanctions, AML, and KYC requirements, and parental/guardian involvement for minor winners. The Company may distribute Prizes using bank transfer (including Wise), cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH), or other globally acceptable payout methods. The Company may refuse or modify payout methods where prohibited by law. Failure to complete verification or claim procedures within 60 days may result in forfeiture. Odds Disclosure The chances of achieving a perfect group stage prediction are extremely remote — far below 1 in 792 trillion — due to the requirement to correctly predict every independent group stage match outcome (72 matches). Actual chances depend on participant skill, prediction accuracy, and number of Entries submitted (which allow independent skilled attempts), but remain effectively negligible for practical purposes. No reasonable person should enter with any expectation of winning a prize. This Contest is a game of skill, not chance. Success depends entirely on football/soccer knowledge, analytical judgment, and prediction accuracy. Because outcomes depend on skill and strategy, the Company does not calculate or publish statistical odds. No Entry — free or paid — guarantees success. Odds Disclaimer Any odds displayed in World Cup Millionaire are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Odds reflect bookmaker pricing from sources believed to be reliable at the time shown, and they may change or be unavailable. Odds are not a promise, prediction, or guarantee of any match outcome. Match results are determined by real-world play and official tournament outcomes. Skill-Based Nature & No Gambling This Contest is not gambling. It does not involve wagers, bets, random draws, lotteries, house odds, or games of chance. Prizes are awarded solely for demonstrated skill in producing a perfect group stage prediction. Optional paid Entries do not convert the Contest into gambling, as they provide additional attempts only and confer no material advantage in outcome or probability beyond increased effort. Verification & Payment To ensure Contest integrity, the Company may require: • Government-issued identification • Proof of age • Proof of residency • Completion of sanctions compliance screening • Crypto wallet or bank account verification • Tax documentation (if applicable) • Parent/guardian forms (for minors) Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe results in Prize forfeiture. Taxes Participants receiving a Prize (or their parent/guardian, if applicable) are solely responsible for tax reporting, filing obligations, and payment of taxes owed in their jurisdiction. The Company does not provide tax advice, may issue forms if required by law, and is not responsible for Participants’ tax liabilities. Disqualification Prize eligibility may be revoked at the Sponsor's sole discretion if a Participant: • Commits fraud or manipulation • Uses unauthorized automation • Violates eligibility rules • Fails verification • Submits false information • Is legally prohibited from receiving funds • Fails to claim Prize within the provided timeframe Forfeited prizes may be retained by the Company. Anti-Fraud The Company employs anti-abuse technologies including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, bot detection, referral validation, VPN/proxy detection, behavioral analysis, rate limiting, and KYC triggers. Participants agree not to circumvent these mechanisms. Violations may result in immediate disqualification, prize forfeiture, or account termination. Force Majeure If the Tournament is canceled, postponed indefinitely, materially altered, or affected by war, pandemics, disasters, political unrest, legal restrictions, or data provider outages, the Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest without liability or obligation to award prizes. Modifications The Company may modify these Rules (including scoring, tie-breakers, procedures, or eligibility clarifications) at any time. No retroactive changes will invalidate previously submitted Entries. Material changes will be communicated via reasonable notice (e.g., email, in-app notification, or website posting). Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from participation, use of the Platform, or any Contest-related matter. Governing Law These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Policy. There shall be no class actions or representative proceedings. Contact For Contest inquiries: Email: bonjour@worldcupmillionaire.com Jurisdiction: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
